Air Tightness Engineer
Our client is a prominent provider of testing, consulting, and assessment services to the UK building, remodelling, and development sectors. They are currently seeking a qualified Air Tightness Tester to join their team in the South East due to a substantial increase in business.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in air tightness testing and a thorough understanding of test guidelines and regulations are essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's licence.
- Proficiency in IT modelling software.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis.
- Profound knowledge of building regulations and the construction industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Compiling and analysing test data and preparing extensive technical reports.
- Developing and formalising test procedures.
- Engaging with stakeholders on-site.
- Providing remedial guidance in the event of unsuccessful examinations.
- Transporting equipment from the lab to the testing site and assembling it in readiness for testing.
