Position: Clerk of Works
Project Duration: 2 years
Location: London
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction activities on-site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications and regulations.
- Identify and raise non-conformance issues promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact between client and the contracting team.
- Utilize 15-20 years of experience to maintain quality standards throughout the project.
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Ability to work a 37.5-hour week.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to start as soon as possible.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: 50-55ph umbrella rate (Inside IR35 regulations).
