A financial services firm based in the West End is looking for an EA / Office Manager to join their close-knit team.

The successful candidate will be proactive, ambitious, not afraid to think outside the box and put their ideas forward. They will be a confident and career driven individual, wanting to make a difference and looking for a challenging role in which they can grow and become an integral part of a committed and dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complex and extensive diary management
  • Plan and manage intricate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Sound knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proofreading and preparation of documents / presentations
  • Providing central point of contact for the team - the go to person
  • Client liaison
  • Setting up meetings with clients/contacts as directed
