A financial services firm based in the West End is looking for an EA / Office Manager to join their close-knit team.
The successful candidate will be proactive, ambitious, not afraid to think outside the box and put their ideas forward. Responsibilities include:
- Complex and extensive diary management
- Plan and manage intricate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Sound knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proofreading and preparation of documents / presentations
- Providing central point of contact for the team - the go to person
- Client liaison
- Setting up meetings with clients/contacts as directed
