- Oversee office operations, acting as the main point of contact for suppliers and staff
- Maintain a well-organised and stocked office environment, including office equipment inventory
- Manage subscriptions database, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to budget
- Assist in onboarding / offboarding processes for employees
- Collaborate with management on office projects, including relocations
- Coordinate with IT teams for technical support and troubleshooting
- Provide administrative support where necessary
- 2-3 years of relevant office management experience
- Proactive self-starter who will contribute innovative ideas
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence in managing projects such as office refurbishments / relocations
- Strong numerical skills and comfortable with IT systems
- Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail
