With commitment to quality, creativity, and personalised experiences, the group strives to exceed expectations and create unforgettable moments.Your new roleAs Group Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to grow brands' online presence, engage our audience, and drive sales.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to the websites and social media channels.
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, that aligns with brands' identity and resonates with target audience.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the four brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and ecommerce, to develop integrated social media campaigns and promotions.
• Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimisation efforts.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
• Deep understanding of different Social Media platforms
• Content Creation expert
• Strong data analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
• Creative, but commercial
