Payroll Administrator - £30,000 - £35,000 - City of London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within professional services on the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working.

The Role:

* Accurately process client payrolls in a timely manner, following payroll procedures and utilizing designated software.

* Manage a portfolio of clients, including meeting with them as needed and attending meetings at their premises.

* Generate monthly payslips for client employees and directors, submitting them in accordance with client requirements.

* Assist the Payroll Manager in arranging payment of client payroll wages, salaries, and statutory payments promptly and as per agreements and statutory obligations.

* Ensure compliance with all statutory filings on behalf of clients within specified deadlines.

* Prepare Year End returns for clients, including P60s, ensuring timely completion and submission of all required forms.

* Create schedules to ensure timely receipt of all necessary information and submission to HMRC before deadlines.

* Conduct quality assurance checks and address any discrepancies.

Skills & experience needed:

  • 2-3 years payroll exposure ideally within a Payroll Bureau or practice
