Payroll Coordinator
Outstanding US law firm is looking to hire a new Payroll Coordinator to join their ever busy and developing team.Â
- Offices next to Liverpool Street
- Hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 days remote)

Payroll Coordinator duties will include:
- Processing new starters, leavers and salary deductions and increases or changes
- Maintain records for all employee payments eg. season tickets, cycle to work scheme, loans
- Process monthly benefit files for BIK tax deductions
- Monthly electronic filing of all paperwork for audit purposes
- Liaising with third party payroll provider on assessment and contribution files, reconciling the pension files back to the payroll.
- Assist in the set-up and ongoing maintenance of the payroll integration from Workday to ADP
- Assisting with monthly payroll journal, reporting, month end and year end duties.
- Assisting with twice monthly US expat payroll and associated journals.
Payroll Coordinator candidate requirements:
- At least 3-5 years UK payroll experience gained at a similar level within a Law Firm.
- ADP iHCM experience essential.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Demonstrable experience/knowledge of statutory legislation relating to PAYE/NIC and Statutory Payments.
- Experience of running dual currency (GBP and USD) payrolls.
- Proficient with Excel.
