ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW:
Alchemy London Market is currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee a testing portfolio project for one of our esteemed Insurance clients in the London Market.
You will be responsible will play a pivotal role in managing various projects within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:
- Own all projects within the testing portfolio, demonstrating senior-level accountability and leadership.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, resource requirements, and dependencies.
- Create and execute a robust stakeholder engagement plan, fostering collaboration and alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Implement proactive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, risks, and proposed solutions.
- Lead project closure activities, including the preparation of comprehensive project closure reports summarizing outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Present project updates and findings at the highest levels of the organization, demonstrating effective communication and presentation skills.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL-SET:
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the London Market.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Technical acumen, preferably with familiarity in software testing practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
