£30,000 - £50,000 + Basic package - FREELANCE OR PERMANENT
The Commercial Group Ltd is working in partnership with a small but mighty commercial consultancy who are extremely busy right now mainly within the fit-out industry. They are looking to bring on an Assistant/Quantity Surveyor to assist on multiple projects from government schemes to luxury residential fit-out.
The role will be an interesting one with hands on exposure to every element of the commercial process, whether that be pre-contract tendering and pricing, change control, claims and variations or final accounts. You will be involved with multiple projects at different stages. This will be a great opportunity for different exposure to various projects.
The great thing about this role is that you will be receiving 1 on 1 training from a seasoned Commercial Director who wants to teach you everything he knows. What a great opportunity!

The ideal candidate will have:
•1-3 years experience with the will and passion to learn and develop.
•Experience using software will be advantageous. (E.g. Blue Beam)
•Has the ability to travel to and from sites
