Working Pattern: Full Time/

Variety of shift patterns : 7:45 - 15:45 / 09:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00 / 12:00 - 20:00

All shifts are 7.5 hours with a 30 minute unpaid break.

Our client, a leading well being Clinic based in the Harley Street area, is seeking a dynamic and passionate temporary Medical Receptionist

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful new clinic that focuses on Progressive Well being in the fast-paced and rewarding field of private health care. If you have experience in Medical Secretary and available immediately for 3 weeks then i would love to hear from you,

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Manage and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, including the management of visitor sign-in processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour with the ability to handle inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems.
