Responsibilities:

- Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Monitor and manage bar expenses and budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a busy hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in managing inventory and controlling costs.
