Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of our client's prestigious restaurant and bar, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and luxury, creating memorable experiences for discerning members.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of restaurant and bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop innovative concepts and strategies to enhance the dining and beverage offerings, keeping abreast of the latest trends in the London food and beverage scene.
  • Build strong relationships with esteemed members, anticipating their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to curate seasonal menus and beverage selections that reflect the club's commitment to quality and sophistication.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within private members clubs, luxury hotels, or upscale dining establishments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clientele.
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering innovative and memorable dining experiences.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of the London food and beverage scene, including trends, suppliers, and emerging concepts.
