The Restaurant Manager is integral in helping to uphold high standards and deliver the best guest experiences. A people-centred approach to their teams, this role encourages and champions a collaborative working culture 

You will also:

• Organise and run strong floor shifts.

• Grow and develop the team.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by reinforcing the company culture of guest focus, team work and integrity.

Candidate

You will come from a casual dining brand with high volume experience a must to be considered. You will be comfortable managing a large team and have a natural drive to inspire and motivate others. A positive and hands on approach to the role is important.
