The Position and Role:
Restaurant Manager
- Smooth day to day running of the restaurant
- Recruitment training and motivation of staff
- Thorough understanding of P&L and the ability to act upon weekly reports
- Marketing and proactive development of the restaurant in the local community
- All aspects of health and safety
- Stock taking and wine ordering
- Reservations and Events
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and dedication to the business.
The Applicant:
In order to apply for this role applicants must have:
- A progressive career with at least 2 years’ experience in quality/ fine-dining restaurant management.
- Experience in dealing with over £1M turnover
- A positive, energetic and prominent presence
- Firm leadership style and ability to develop staff through coaching and hands on training.
- Have a true passion for first class food and wine.
- Correct work permits.
