Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service and hospitality, setting the standard for excellence from day one.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute a strategic plan for the successful launch and ongoing operation of the restaurant.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, training, and inventory management, to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience.
- Implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement among the staff, empowering them to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for all patrons.
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment is essential.
- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence, particularly in new opening environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in hospitality management or related field are preferred.
