Job description:
Are you ready to lead as Nursery Manager at our client's brand new nursery in Wimbledon? We're seeking open-minded individuals to join our client's brand new nursery as a Nursery Manager and implement fresh ideas beyond the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), creating an exciting and stimulating curriculum for children.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building the team together with Directors, and leading the team to deliver a unique curriculum
- Managing and maintaining a safe learning environment for children
- Building positive relationships with the team, children and families
- Communicating effectively to families on children’s development (both verbal and written)
- Ensuring all staff understand safeguarding and health and safety policies relevant to their role and implement procedures effectively
- Managing staff rota, holidays, and attendance
You will need:
- The right to work in the UK
- Level 3 Diploma in childcare or above
- Management experience, either as a nursery manager or an experienced deputy
