Our client is a fast growing grab-and-go concept that is set to expand in the coming years. They have secured a big investment to fund their expansion. With the new opening coming up, they are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team and grow in the GM role after the training period. They offer a fantastic career opportunity and the chance to take part in their fantastic project.
Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Healthy Grab & GO:
- Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
- Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
- Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.
About the Store Manager – Healthy Grab & GO:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- Strong understanding of business financials.
- Strategic decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
