ServiceNow Technical Team Lead - 70,000 DOE - Remote (Must be UK Based)
I'm currently working with a ServiceNow Elite Partner with a strong presence across Europe who are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant/ Team Lead to join their existing team. They currently have a small team in place and are looking for somebody who's confident working with ServiceNow to develop and expand the team while still staying hands-on with the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning the work plan while monitoring progress and resolving issues
- Managing key stakeholders, ensuring you're in constant communication so you can give them progress updates
- Manage and mentor junior members of the team
- Understanding of SCRUM Methodology
- Building the team and raising morale on projects
- Collaborating with the direct customer to make sure the best solution is being built
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure business objectives align with the business outcome
- Oversee progress throughout projects
