Contract Type: Permanent
Location: South East London & Kent
Salary: 37,000 to 39,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

MUST HAVE OWN VAN

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our clients team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working with a social housing contractor on planned works projects in South East London & Kent.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake planned maintenance and repair works in social housing properties
• Carry out kitchen and bathroom fitting to a high standard
• Perform plumbing works including repairs and installations
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high quality
• Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a multi-trade operative, ideally within social housing
• Competency in kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Proficient in plumbing works
• Full UK driving license
• Own tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
