Key Responsibilities
- Professional supervision of Social Workers and Care Navigators. Day to day operations including - case management, case advice, guidance and discussions, chairing strategy meetings, supporting s42 enquiries, case allocations and working closely with the Team Manager to ensure effective and safe care and support to all individuals and staff.
- Candidate will have undertaken relevant post qualification awards and have supervisory/management experience.
What you need:
- QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
- A minimum of 2 years' experience
- Right to work in the UK
