Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Care Assistant/ LSA with a strong background in Special Education Needs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with SEN to achieve their full potential and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised care and assistance to individuals with Special Education Needs.
  • Collaborate with other health care professionals, educators, and families to create and implement individualised care plans.
  • Support individuals in their daily activities, fostering independence and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of individuals with SEN.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Health Care Assistant with a focus on Special Education Needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with individuals with SEN.
  • Right to work in the UK.
