About the Role:As a Learning Support Mentor, you will work closely with students who need extra help in school. You'll provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEND to help them succeed academically and personally.
  • Assist students in developing study skills, organizational strategies, and self-confidence.
  • Act as a positive role model and mentor, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized support plans.
