Morgan Hunt are working with a leading national Chairty who are looking to recruit a SEN Learning Support Assistant/Job Coach. This is a full time permanent role paying £28,500. The role will be office based 5 days per week in Finchley (North London). The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to special needs learners in the classroom with employability coaching to secure job outcomes. A small portion of the roll will also require supporting the learner find work placements. The SEN Learning Support Assistant/Job Coach will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and assisting learners in the classroom
  • Conducting job coaching sessions and employability skills to assist in the workplace
  • Offering pastoral support
  • Collaborating with Tutors to ensure all elements of the programme are completed
  • Engaging with local employers to secure work placement opportunities The SEN Learning Support Assistant/Job Coach will need to:
  • Have experience of working with learners with special educational needs
  • Worked with post 16 learners preferably within an employability setting
  • Be flexible with travel across North London and the surrounding areas
