Stock Control & Purchasing Manager

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for someone with stock control and purchasing experience seeking a new job in South East London. We're helping a collaborative manufacturing business find and hire a Stock Control & Purchasing Manager, the role comes with an attractive salary up to £50,000 per annum and a fantastic benefits package.

The hiring manager is looking for someone who lives within an hour's commute of South East London, this role will involve both Stock Control & Purchasing responsibilities, with the role being more stock control orientated.

We are looking for someone who has come from the Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical or Automotive Sector.

As a Stock Control and Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for all company stock, goods in, customer dispatches, returned goods, and stock movements. You will also check and ensure the accuracy of sales orders prior to Warehouse Team fulfilment.

In your first few weeks in this Stock Control & Purchasing Manager role, you can expect to:

• Establish and maintain a high-level of stock accuracy for the warehouse and mobile workforce
• Be responsible for all stock ordering, goods in, customer dispatches, returned goods and stock movements
• Complete sales orders and approve for invoicing, cross-referring with in-house job management software
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with maintaining the stock-take process.

• Minimum of 5 years Stock Control & Purchasing experience
• Experience with an ERP System (preferably Unleash)
• Recognised qualification in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Warehousing
