Service Level Manager - ITIL, Service Now, Service Management

One of our financial services clients are currently looking for an IT Service Manager to come on board to establish a Service Level Management Framework and lead that particular Management Function within the SIAM. This is part of a potential wider programme around strategic supplier partnership framework for the wider business.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have the following experience to be considered.

  • Strong experience working with a range of supplier relationships and have implemented and delivered SLM (Service Level Management) end to end (to confirm this is a Service Delivery and 'doing' role, rather than theoretical or strategic like Service Design).
  • Must have had experience being fully accountable for defining, documenting, agreeing, monitoring, measuring, reporting and reviewing the level of IT services that are being provided, to make sure that the service levels and targets which are set are precise, achievable and support Business Service Level requirements.
  • Must have good analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Service Now with regards to data points entry, reporting and configuration.
