As the Head Bartender, you will serve as the driving force behind our bar program, alongside your bar supervisor/Bar Manager, creating a distinguished and innovative beverage experience for our diverse clientele. This role requires a seasoned mixologist with a passion for leadership, creativity, and excellence in customer service. The Head Bartender will play a crucial role in shaping the overall ambiance of the establishment, ensuring that each guest enjoys an unparalleled beverage journey.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of skilled bartenders, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

·Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's mixology skills, product knowledge, and customer service.

·Showcase a high level of creativity in crafting unique and memorable cocktails.

·Continuously curate and update a diverse and exciting cocktail menu that aligns with current industry trends.

·Oversee bar inventory, manage stock levels, and implement efficient ordering systems.

·Develop and execute strategies to minimize waste, control costs, and maximize profitability.

·Create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

·Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.

·Collaborate with bar manager to conceptualize and implement new and seasonal cocktail menus.

·Stay abreast of emerging beverage trends and incorporate innovative elements into the establishment's beverage program.

·Enforce and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at the bar area.

·Adhere to health and safety regulations and uphold the establishment's quality standards.

·Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

·Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

·Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a passion for creating unique and memorable drinks.

·Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both guests and team members.

·Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations with grace.

·Ability to thrive with last minute changes and high levels of guests.
