The Role

They are seeking an A-Player Financial Controller to lead their team and drive the achievement of key business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial function, initially through the continued growth of Beech Hill Country House and then supporting the group expansion through acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve EBITDA Targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the finance function.
  • Monthly presentation of Management Accounts to Directors.
  • Manage the budgeting process, ensuring budgets are developed and managed effectively.
  • Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to senior management to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and upto-date.
  • Managing cash flow and expenses by monitoring transactions and reviewing internal reports.
  • Manage external relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparation of funding packs for future acquisitions.
