Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.

This role is starting with immediate effect and could go permanent for the right candidate.  They are also happy to take candidates seeking 30 hrs 37.5 hrs.  They are open Monday – Friday and have free parking.

They are seeking a candidate with first class customer service services with the ability to speak with customers and work in a very past environment.

The successful person will be motivated, a great team player, possess good communication skills and take responsibility of tasks through to completion. This role includes all elements of office administration including taking customer calls, queries and dealing with email communications.

You will be highly organised, have good level of attention of detail, excellent telephone manner and the ability to multitask. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be challenged and wants to progress within the role.

This is an office-based role which will provide support to the current team of wider cross-functional teams. This role would suit someone who has experience in customer service administration and general office procedures. You will be dealing with customers via email and over the phone so must have the confidence to do so.

Good working knowledge of key Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel are key for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day order processing/administration for the team
  • Answering customer calls and emails
  • Dealing with queries and follow-up
  • Accurate message taking
  • Supporting the maintenance of processes and file management
