- Act as technical lead for key ICT applications, offering expert guidance on infrastructure, functionality, and security.
- Drive continuous improvement using service data and user feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to manage system changes and implement robust fixes.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, graduates, and apprentices to promote knowledge sharing and team development.
- Produce monthly reports, maintain accurate system documentation, and contribute to business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with ICT security and contribute to disaster recovery initiatives.
- Maintain licensing and contract awareness for supported applications.
- Proven experience in supporting and developing ICT systems and applications.
- Strong skills in SQL Server (or equivalent), reporting tools, and Excel.
- Understanding of ITIL principles – particularly incident, problem, and change management.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Degree or relevant ICT qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
- Experience leading or supervising technical staff.
- Evidence of continuous professional development in ICT or related fields.
