A localSenior Healthcare Assistant (SHCA) is needed to strengthenour staff. You will be the team leader for your team of healthcare assistants as a SHCA, ensuring everyone on your team treats every patient with courtesy and privacy while focusing on their specific requirements.
In this position, you will have the following role:

The requirements
You must have the following qualifications for this position:
- Relevant expertise in Medication Administration
- Holdessentialnursing homeskills
- Holda validNVQ Stage 2to 6or a comparable diploma.
- To know basic care home software operations such as PCS, EMARS& Med-ECare.
