- YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A SOUS CHEF/HEAD CHEF
- Fresh-food experience
- Experience managing teams, stocks and health & safety
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Planning and organising skills
- Excellent attention to detail and standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
- Excellent commercial skills
- Dealing with fresh-food
- Working collaboratively alongside the Head Chef
- Motivating, coaching and developing the team
- Managing stock, shifts and hygiene
- Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
- Ensuring high food quality is maintained
- Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
