Sous Chef - Requirements
  • YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A SOUS CHEF/HEAD CHEF
  • Fresh-food experience 
  • Experience managing teams, stocks and health & safety 
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
  • Excellent commercial skills
Sous Chef - Responsibilities
  • Dealing with fresh-food
  • Working collaboratively alongside the Head Chef
  • Motivating, coaching and developing the team
  • Managing stock, shifts and hygiene 
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
  • Ensuring high food quality is maintained
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
