I am working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly growing award-winning e-commerce SME near Malmesbury.My client has undergone a period of significant growth with further business expansion planned and as a result we are looking to recruit the newly created role of Assistant Finance Manager.

This is an exciting time to join the company as the role will evolve overtime and you will be performing accounting tasks, analysing data to influence commercial decisions and perform business partnering activities with non-finance stakeholders in the business.

About the job:

Accruals, prepayment, journals- month end reporting activities
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with US / EU Tax reconciliations.
Review Debtors & Creditors
Lead the royalties programme, partnering with the Marketing team ensuring reporting accuracy.
Assist in the creation of a business partnering approach engaging with the key departments, providing product costing and analysis activities.
Assist and support with commercial analytical projects.
Assist with the implementing new accounting controls and process and focusing upon opportunities to drive automations.
Assist with annual budget preparation and year end audit.

Benefits:

Hours- 9am -5pm
33 days including bank holidays

About you:

Qualified by experience, part qualified or qualified
Highly analytical, excellent attention to detail
Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
