Randstad are currently working with a world leading company in Malvern who are on the lookout for a software manager. In this role, you'll lead the Embedded Software team developing their family of hardware charging technology at an exciting time for the business. They have recently won a number of industry awards and have no plans of slowing down.
They're looking for;
- Significant experience of leading teams of embedded firmware developers (team size circa 10 engineers/senior engineers)
- Fundamental understanding of the embedded development process from Low level 'bare metal'
- Firmware development through to Embedded Linux applications
- Experience using agile tools and methodologies in an embedded context (Jira, Scrum etc.)
They need someone who is able to be in the Malvern office 3 days a week.
