They are capable of helping their clients bring their vision to life, working on detailed space, planning and providing fit out and refurbishment, help with relocation and furniture selection.

Due to the ongoing success and profitable business wins, our client now requires a hands on and experienced Bid Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. As the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the bid process from start to finish, setting our client up for long term success.Bid Manager - Position Overview

  • Providing bid, commercial knowledge and support, acumen, and advisory service across all departments within the business.
  • Lead and facilitate efficient communication and collaboration to produce the deliverables within agreed timescales.
  • work closely with, programme management, stakeholders, and the wider bid team to plan and manage a bid from the outset to closure.
  • Manage the Price Tender Vet process to obtain all necessary authorisations.
  • Maintaining excellent relations with all relevant teams and directly with end user clients.
  • Liaising with wholesalers to ensure best value procurement.
  • Liaise with Client and Principal contractor at design and progress meetings.

Bid Manager - Position Requirements

  • Competent with Excel.
  • Experienced within the construction industry.
  • Fit Out experience is beneficial.
  • Familiar with Procore would be beneficial.
