Title: Broker Manager - Asset Finance
Location: Northeast
Salary: Basic Salary - £30k/45k dependant on experience, plus commission, company car and excellent benefits.
My client is a well-established lender based in the North of England; they have an opportunity for a Broker Manager to join the Team. The successful candidate will be ambitious and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
The Role
- Identify and prospect for new introducer's whilst maintaining an existing panel of introducer's.
- Expected to self-source your own business from introducer's within your area.
- Field based role involving significant out bound activity.
- Generate and manage leads from proposal to pay out.
Suitable Candidates
- Recent customer facing Asset Finance experience.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- Sales driven with the ability to plan and manage your own contact strategy and activities.
