A project management consultancy is expanding their team with a new Business Manager.

We are very open about your background as training will be provided. If you have experience in non-transactional B2B sales, such as selling a service, selling added value or based on quality etc. please apply!

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, execute and oversee a business strategy focusing on growth opportunities across the North West
  • Once you have won the business, through a complex sales process, you will manage the workload of a team of Consultants who will manage the projects
  • Act as the account manager to manage the client relationship

What You Will Have:

  • Relevant sales / business development experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in non-transactional sales – such as selling a service, selling based on quality or added value
  • Experience or knowledge of managing people, whether directly or indirectly
  • Outstanding communication skills to work at all levels from shop floor to C Suite
  • The right temperament and aptitude for complex long term sales cycles
