Job Description: Junior Legal Cashier
We are seeking a Junior Legal Cashier with 6 months to 1 years of experience in legal cashiering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Processing client and office account transactions accurately and efficiently- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting- Handling petty cash and expense claims- Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements- Liaising with fee earners and other staff members to resolve any financial queries- Providing support to the senior legal cashier and finance team as needed
Requirements:- Previous experience working as a legal cashier for 6 months to 1 year- Strong numerical and analytical skills- Knowledge of legal accounting rules and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
