Are you a chemist with GC and HPLC experience? Do you have a chemistry degree or similar?   • Participate in advancing and refining analytical techniques to elevate processes, safety, and quality, catering to customer requirements and addressing high-complexity application issues.
  • Conduct specified tests to investigate and resolve complex customer queries and issues. Execute customer-requested product analyses and tests, ensuring completeness of data for improved testing quality.
  • Probe into customer problems, addressing broader inquiries from customers and the sales department. Serve as the primary point of contact for analytical inquiries across the EMEA region.
  • Maintain a standard of excellence in result reporting, offering recommendations for technical enhancement. Provide verbal or written solutions as necessary.
  • Ensure the upkeep of equipment, glassware, and workspace, promoting cleanliness and optimal functionality. Properly dispose of laboratory waste and contribute to the efficient management of laboratory equipment and chemical storage spaces. Adhere to housekeeping regulations
Analytical Chemist IIIEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required
  • Experience with both Gas Chromatography and High-performance liquid chromatography.
  • Chemistry degree or similar
  • Several years of experience within a relevant role
  • Experience with of Agilent Chemstation software would be an advantage.
  • Experience with techniques including GC FID, GCMS, HPLC (DAD &ELSD), SPE and Infra-red Knowledge would be an advantage.
