Excelling in time management and the development of detailed project plans.
Tendering for external suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

Proven expertise in understanding RIBA Stages and detailed project management processes.
A degree-level qualification relevant to the field, combined with a meticulous approach to organisation and planning.
Proficiency in the English language and competent use of Microsoft Office and Project tools.
A vibrant personality that complements our close-knit team, championing diversity and problem-solving.
A solid foundation of 5+ years in consultancy-based construction project management, eager to ascend to new career heights.
A knack for steering projects to their vision, managing every facet to ensure completion within timeframes and budgets.
A deep-seated knowledge of project management processes, with a particular focus on RIBA Stages and qualifications from esteemed bodies like RICS, APM, or CIOB.
