I have partnered with a dynamic property management company who require a Community Manager for a multi-tenanted trophy building in Central Manchester.


You will take charge of our site events and uphold our commitment to excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building authentic connections, we want you on our team!


As the Community Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our site events, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, site teams, and customers in order to create a culture of excellence and innovation that delivers unparalleled service and promotes a sense of community.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Social Media:


·Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence.

·Manage our social media channels, crafting engaging content and fostering meaningful interactions.

·Network with industry peers and attend relevant events to stay abreast of trends.

·Provide regular reports on marketing performance and oversee paid advertising efforts.


Events Management:


·Take ownership of planning and executing all on-site events, from conception to completion.

·Manage event budgets and cultivate strong relationships with vendors and partners.

·Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, exceeding expectations at every turn.


Sales and Business Development:


·Drive outreach efforts to attract new members and cultivate strategic partnerships.

·Conduct tours and onboarding sessions to showcase our offerings and facilities.

·Focus on tenant retention through proactive engagement and exceptional service.


Community Management:


·Build genuine relationships with our community members, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.

·Extend warm welcomes and provide ongoing support as their primary point of contact.

·Foster a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among community members.


Relationship Building:


·Forge strong, trusted relationships with site teams and customers, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

·Champion a unified approach, sharing innovative ideas and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement.


Operational Excellence:


·Demonstrate fluency in event operations and maintain up-to-date operational manuals.

·Collaborate with site teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

·Continuously seek out opportunities to elevate our offerings and exceed expectations.


Requirements:


·Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within hospitality or corporate settings.
