Harte Consulting have partnered with a rapidly expanding, London and Dubai based company, who are seeking enthusiastic and seasoned investment sales professionals to help them deal with enquiries from overseas investors looking to purchase property in the UK.
This self-employedInvestment Sales Brokerrole is commission only. You will be working for a boutique property investment sales agency who possess both a hybrid and fully remote working team. AsInvestment Sales Broker, you can expect to realistically earn up to £100k in your first year plus, whilst working from the comfort of your own home, however, the sky is the limit on your earning potential!
This company prides themselves on their efficient and well-organised back end and marketing strategy. Once you have been established, you will be supplied with 80-100 warm leads per month and a full product and sales training induction in order to deliver superb service and achieve sales. BeingInvestment Sales Broker,means you are confident in your strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated and organised.

The role:
- Efficiently responding daily to warm leads
- Processing a high volume of telephone calls per day
- Asking the right questions and understanding investor objectives, ultimately guiding them through the sales process.
- Providing email proposals with in-depth information on investment opportunities.
- Completing associated administration tasks.
- Assisting with sales progression and dealing with third parties to ensure transactions are completed.
- Learning new products to show a thorough level of detail.
- Occasional travel and face to face meetings within the UK (mileage covered)
- Off plan experience preferably selling UK property to international/oversees investors
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.
- Confident in sales and speaking to high-net-worth individuals in the UK.
- Ability to listen and follow instructions to develop product, industry, and sales knowledge.
- Tech Savvy - Able to easily grasp various software, systems and follow processes
