Operations Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity for a successful operations managerto join one of the UK's most successful privately owned manufacturers of windows. doors and specialist double glazing products supplying the trade, retail, commercial andnew build sectors of the fenestration industry.

• This is a Director designate position and it will be expected that the successful candidate will step upto the board with a relatively short timescale.
• You will be a successful operations manager or director with a track record in production or manufacturing in the double glazing, PVC window industry.
• The operations manager will have worked for a similar companymanufacturing UPVC windows, doors and related products in a very high volume environment where OTIF is always the goal. Your career to date will have needed to be in a production management or manufacturing management position with an emphasis on leading by example and gaining the respect of your team.
• This position of operations manager is a significantly strategic role to fill in relation to the plans for the next five years, and as such it will offer great long term prospects within this highly successful and very well respected manufacturer.
