Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Shift Pattern:     Monday – Thursday 10:00pm - 06:00am

                            Friday - 10:00pm - 06:00am

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join a dynamic team. As a leading manufacturing company, they specialise in delivering high-quality precision components for the automotive and aerospace industry. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

-          Set up and operate a range of 3,4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce accurate and precise components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

-          Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machines to ensure optimal performance.

-          Perform quality checks and inspections to verify the conformance of finished products to design requirements.

-          Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including machine settings, tooling changes, and production logs.

Requirements:

-          Previous experience as a CNC machinist or similar role.

-          Mazatrol, Heidenhain experience (desirable)

-          Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.

-          Strong understanding of machining processes

-          Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

-          Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

-          Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
