Accounts Assistant (10 months Contract) – Caistor – £25,000We are proud to be partnering with a worldwide, leading, innovative business who are focused on providing the best products and innovations to meet the challenges of the changing world. Accounts Assistant duties include: - Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Maintain invoice approval processes
- Process and reconcile Petty Cash
- Raising monthly recharge invoices
- Accurately posting monthly journals
- Creating new suppliers and customers on the system
- Expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate will: - A good understanding of Excel
- Sound experience in a varied accounts role
- A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work towards deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team
- Experience using SAP is desired but not a necessity
