Our client is a major player in supplying retailers with a fantastic range of licensed gift, home and stationery products. With a huge portfolio of products, they license agreements with world leading brands, ensuring their products are always keeping up with market trends and the business ahead of the competition.

The role:

Ideally based from our clients Midlands office, with the option of hybrid working, the E-commerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key e-commerce accounts, implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, analysing market trends and competition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Strong experience of the Amazon platform: both vendor and seller including advertising
  • Experience in account management and driving sales growth
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel and e-commerce analytics tools
  • Experience of working within the consumer goods sector, with licensing industry experience being a distinct advantage

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic (DOE) + bonus
