As a Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the premises, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Leading company dedicated to producing high-quality products in the FMCG sector. As the business continue to expand operations, they are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis.

Description

As a Receptionist you will:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage schedules
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services

Profile

The successful Receptionist will have:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
