Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller as an Assistant Management Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the finance team's operations. From financial analysis to reporting, your contributions will be essential to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conducting variance analysis to identify trends
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives
- Undertaking ad-hoc financial projects as required
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have held a similar role in the past ideally working for a logistics business
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Be able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations
Job Offer
£30,000-£35,000 per annum equivalent + study support + free on site parking + 25 days holidays plus banks + excellent staff benefits.
