A growing independent Community Pharmacy chain is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in their Milton Keynes store to start in July 2024.A rapidly growing independent Community Pharmacy chain is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their team at the Milton Keynes store. With a commitment to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and personalized service to the local community, this chain is known for its customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence.

Key Duties

  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and medication therapy management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including NHS standards and pharmacy best practices.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring.
  • Provide clinical services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • GPHC Registered Pharmacist
