Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN) within the primary school setting.
  • Support pupils to understandinstructions, encourage independent learning and maximise the inclusion of all pupils including those with special needs.
  • Create and maintain a purposefil. orderly and supportive environemnt in accordacne to the lesson, providing resources directed by the teacher.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure the holistic development and progress of students.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities, resources, and displays.
