Do you love influencing and coaching stakeholders to try new things and support them as the understand the value D&I can have across their business units? I am working with a genuinely brilliant, professional services business to source a permanent D&I Manager. This role can be based out of any Midlands location or the Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds office. There will be some travel to other sites that will be fully expensed and you will have total control of your diary. You will be joining a small D&I team of one other D&I Manager and a D&I Assistant, supporting c1000 employees across the UK. This is an organisation that take their D&I agenda incredibly seriously. They are constantly looking for new ways to increase their Diversity and drive Inclusivity across the business, and need someone to join the team who can bring with them lots of ideas and be tactile and creative to implement them. People metrics are key, and this client utilise their HRIS, Workday, to interpret data and turn it into stories about the workforce and build action plans off the back of it. This is not a 'tell' business. They will not simply push out a new way of working at head office and dictate that everyone has to follow the new rules with no explanation. This business is genuinely people centric, and see the value in spending that extra bit of time to engage, influence and coach stakeholders to take them on the change journey and really get their buy-in to the changes being implemented across their offices and team. So, what's the role?

  • Work closely with the wider D&I team to design and deliver a D&I plan across a multi-site professional servicesbusiness
  • Look at data and interpret the statistics to tell a story about the workforce and design action plans from that story
  • Utilise HRIS to pull people metrics
  • Work with and lead Networking groups across the business to get live feedback on various Diversity topics, including groups focusing on REACH, Parent & Carers, Social Mobility etc.
  • Support and lead various D&I focused initiatives, including the 'Recruitment Inclusion Project' and 'Social Mobility and Early Careers'
  • Bring forward thinking ideas to the team and design a strategy that will focus on long term and short term D&I goals
  • Work in partnership with the wider business to coach, influence and engage stakeholders with D&I change and projects
